Slepax, I accept a lot of the agreement is for provision of 'advice/support', however, If they are stating in the next paragraph as below:

'Preparation of graphene formulations for use in cement grinding aids and cement admixtures will be
supported by the development and design methods for adding graphene into production facilities
and to manufacture industrial scale quantities of graphene enhanced cement'

I'm reading the highlighted text as significantly greater than teaspoon volume... time will tell

The announcement is a positive step forward!!
