Buying? I would expect this to result in selling as it was a much downgraded anouncement compared to what the market was expecting.
Had there not have been months of anticipation of something better it woud have been a positive...and actually in the big scheme of things it still is.
I guess the two parties could not agree on mutually benificial terms so it was downgraded which I'm sure niether party would have been happy about.
