IMO there would have been no quantities if FGR and Gerdau Graphene (GG) signed an exclusive agreement, the exclusive right was a restriction on FGR being able to sell Graphene into the America's, not on GG. GG is a reseller, there was never going to be any quantities detail in either agreement. We do know GG has already discussed with potential clients who thought they would need 30,000tpa of graphene.
GG was very clear in their graphene council video they want to sell numerous companies graphene and they want to work will all of their partners with driving graphene demand and help with expansion of their production.
I can only speculate if GG secures a larger offtake agreement in the America's FGR and GG would enter into an agreement to co fund a production facility, similar to the original agreements.
Plenty of news should arrive soon.
