We've had Christmas and accompanying school holidays, so to be able to announce finalisation today is pretty darn good.
I am no expert but the deal appears suitably accretive to NPAT. Time will tell.
South Australia (and NT) have relatively small, stagnant populations but this deal reaches an impressive percentage. The expansion of geographical coverage is a plus.
