This can only be taken over if Exec Chairman Indy Singh wants out.
His son is 2IC and I just do not think this is on Indy's task list for FY'21. But every business has a price.
This is a very well run financial planning and investment practice with high compliance standards, sticky customers and highly leveraged profitability to modest volume growth. A little sleeper investment that performs every year and pays out a nice dividend each year.
