So I've had another read of the announcement, especially this paragraph:
That second last sentence in the above snippet is especially interesting (highlighted). Remember a few months back (forget which preso), Ken alluded to the fact that P1000 could be operational as early as late 2023? To me, this highlighted sentence ties into this statement, in that bringing forward some of the construction for P1000, reduces the construction time of P1000. Maybe I'm reading to far into it - time will tell.
