Investors might note that FID used to present their 1 year fund rankings of the Fiducian diversified funds in their results presentation but have omitted to do so since the Aug 2022 results presentation.
Looking at the latest available monthly reports (Dec 2022) on the Fiducian website, it should be clear why.
Fiducian Diversified Funds The Capital Stable, Balanced, Growth and Ultra Growth Fund are ranked on a 1 year basis 73/105, 162/175, 169/175 and 130/130 respectively.
Fiducian Sector Funds The Australian Shares fund returned -6.5%, underperforming the index by 4.5%. The International Shares fund returned -19.0%, underperforming the index by 6.5%. Fiducian Australian Smaller Company Shares Fund returned -18.0% (outperformance 0.4%). Fiducian Property Securities Fund returned -20.6% (underperformance 0.1%).
The only bright spot is that somehow they have managed a positive net funds inflow for the recent half, in spite of the above underwhelming fund performances.
