In FY 21 UNPAT was $14.1M with dividends for the year of 26.90 cents and the share price touched $8. This half the UNPAT is $8.218M with a dividend of 18.2 cents. I'm calling the 2nd half dividend at 20 cents to give the full year dividend of 36.2 cents. Trading on a 5.56% yield and franked up yield of 7.92%. It's 20% undervalued by the market at the moment.
