It's easy to do . As Indy is such a no nonsense guy what he is doing when he is buying shares is basically saying to the market..."I know the company is traveling well and I'm expecting good results " and here's your opportunity to follow my lead. This is totally different from a CEO seeing that market has a sniff of not so great results and thinks he/she/itshould support the stock before an impending cap raise.
