They've grown the book by 12.6%, for $3.5 million. Sure, some integration costs involved, but this seems very cheap.
EPS accretive from day one - winning. I guess the only concern is any lingering regulatory issues that might come along with it, but I'm betting management started their acquisition discussions with this.
