How do you get 5 times cash earnings please?
FY8 underlying EPS was 33.6. This is 15 times on a price of 4.93.
For June19, if we assume EPS follows the 5 year annualized figure of 23% and if we assume market will revalue at current multiple of 15, the price should be around $6.20. Of course this is quite simplistic.
