Ok, found a tenement map from last month it looks as though we are likely just above FBM's tenement.
Not sure how large our tenement is in comparison to the surrounding tenements, but even at a smaller size - it is perfectly situated to attract attention from the big players in the area, they may want a piece of it should WC1 find something compelling.
