All depends on your investment time frame, 2-3 from here until the end of the year is not out of the question IMO.
...You could say I have counted my chickens before they hatched, but I've been looking at the future market conditions for EXR's gas.
Best case scenario obviously EXR's producing wells, will make it to market & have a huge competitive advantage over LNG Imports to China. Whether the wells are still in our ownership then I can't answer that, but we could be looking at 10x current pricing.
China's demand for LNG continues to grow from current demand to 50-100% increase in the next decade.
Plus with alot of China's Domestic supply maturing, I see a good demand for Natural gas from China in the future. EXR could be as smaller version of Russia's Gazprom.
