Quite good work , I see you have changed the cap raise from 80 million to 100 million . 8c seems a reasonable price to forecast a raise at but imagine if they raised at 16c instead , which is also quite reasonable , and how much less dilution there would be which might send your 31c share price to maybe 45 c , also a 540 miliion market cap is small in the whole scheme of things . Some of the best work I have come across in a long time and your numbers are very reasonable which is refreshing when most people on hotcopper like throwing around quite the opposite. Plus I'll add the EXR thread is troll free at the moment and a pleasure to read
