Perhaps the absence of a “price sensitive” designation is not an oversight. The announcement the was titled “Field Program Recommencing” - not exactly an inspiring call to new investors to pay attention. However, buried in the plodding announcement were the all-important DAF numbers and only those who have been waiting for them (or even know their significance) would see them. It seems the company may not wish to attract too much attention from new retail investors just yet (it just completed a capital raising) but rather allow insiders and those who bought at the recent raising to build a larger position and enjoy significant gains BEFORE it makes releases with more fanfare. Just a thought.
