Quite correct, there is always a swag of companies that get suspended on day 1 after the due date because they haven't filed their Quarterly reports. Quite a few leave it to the last minute & file the reports just prior to the market opening - thats fine. Those suspended companies recommence trade as soon as they file the reports.
We always seem to file them on the last day, last April we filed the reports at 3.20pm on the last day.
