This was trading much higher in the IO bull days when they had an exploration target of 100Mt DSO but fell 100Mt short of this and just has a magnetite resource a long way from the closest port to join a big group of other explorers with similar deposits. Given the capex of around $1b+ to get something like this off the ground, it's hard to get too excited.
