You correctly “call out” the Board to due their proper DD on who the hell is GPR, and who is behind GPR.
So let’s all “call out” Billis for the same request. How can he on one hand say he controls GPR, then on the other “say GPR-Rimfire” venture has failed to deliver for shareholders?
Isn’t he half the original problem if he controls GPR? One would assume that Billis and Giovinazzo we’re once mates? How does Billis keep himself hidden for two years, then appear with his claim? Neither seems to run a transparent Agenda.
The Board must have had some idea earlier, and turned a blind (lazy) eye, hoping it would just work out, no effort required.
