Being able to walk and chew gum at the same time should be the minimum expected of management. But yes that is certainly not always the case and credit should be given where credit is due. A look back at announcements over the past 2 months shows how much has been going on. They are doing OK cash wise but hopefully some positive scandium news will see a higher price for the inevitable next raising
