I have an intricate knowledge of legal processes, costs and the time it takes. Whatever information you purportedly posess I am confident that this is no last hurrah. To the contrary SHs will likely be up for a legal bill in the hundreds of thousands and further millions in damages if they are wrong.
Please don't trivialise the impact of, what will likely be, substantive litigation with multiple plaintiffs. Even class actions have been touted.
The Board have got a lot to answer for. With Board changes a fait accompli we can only hope that future mediation can amicably resolve issues.
