There will be no change in management or Board for the following reasons.
1. The current Board and management and shareholders don't trust or like TB. Don't blame them given you have done nothing but trash them and try and have them removed for the past 24 months. If they thought, they could work with TB they would be talking to you by now.
2. You don't have the votes. Thrashed in the past two attempts and much more support for the company garnered on the past 6 months with the Sc story; none who are supporting TB; and
3. TB have a terrible reputation as JV partners. Just ask Northern Star

So do your numbers and either buy the 500 million shares you need to succeed or sit back and let the guys that know what they are doing do their job without the unwanted distraction of TB. You will make good money I would think.
