That is exactly what we need. A whistleblower submission might just get ASIC off their bureaucratic backside.

The whistleblower laws cover you if you are a current or former employee or officer and you report misconduct about the company or its managers or other employees....whistleblower laws don’t give you immunity if you were involved in the misconduct you report, though your report can’t be used against you. If you cooperate, ASIC will likely take this into account.
Any inside info on who the employee/officer (supplier/contractor, spouse/family member can also be whistleblowers) would be?
I don't think that you can be a whistleblower unless you are one of the above - are you one of these? Or are you more into just playing the flute...
