There is a lot of future success built into the share-price and still plenty of risk. Sure we might be onto a monster, but equally we might not be. The market cap is at $230 M!
There have been some comparisons to Sirius thrown around and there are similarities BUT if you have a look at where Sirius was at around the same point, Azures share price has a lot more assumed success built into it. Google the Sirius Resources presentation from August 2012:

So our market cap to risk is WAY ahead of Sirius at the same time and we are still exploring what we might have found. Sirius also had 70% of the project and I believe ended up finding 2 x large deposits, we have 60% and so far have hit the tip of the iceberg on one that may be large, though Tony has alluded to more targets being around.
Also factor in that anyone that has followed AZS for a while knows that Tony can put a positive spin on the possibilities and get the market excited. We've been through it all before.
