The placement to ALK is great. It's essentially a capital raise to strong hands, at a price above the current share price. When many of the shining knights over at RMS were calling a sub 10c raise, some even hinting at sub 7c
It will allow us to unlock more value from our land holdings and, in my opinion, will see us through to project financing next year. The options aren't fantastic (for EXU, they are for ALK) but they're priced above the initial raising price so it's not terrible. That's the price we pay for the financial security to see off the RMS bid.
Agree with you regarding GXY, no idea why they keep getting mentioned...
