If you're referring to Tony Sage specifically, and you are looking for a company that pays dividends... I'm lost for word. Do you realise what you are asking? Not even Elon Musk pay dividends and in fact vowed never to pay dividends on Tesla, yet here we are. Are you insinuating one must have a company that pays dividends before earning respect in the venture capital world? Nevermind it has nothing to do with filing an F-4 but do go on... please enlighten me, do you realise what it takes to get a company to profitability in order to pay dividends? And to what benefit or value does one get for finding a specific Director with a lithium mine that pays dividends? I'm intrigued. I have a list.

And while we're at it, please look at other mining explorer companies and tell me if any of those Directors have ever produced anything? Good luck.
