@rdncoic I do own shares - and I have owned a lot of shares in the 2008-09 period and have seen what up-ramping a stock can do, to me and others - it took our spare cash and there was never a return, no higher s.p. eventuated, just another capital raising happened, more options to board members issued, another definitive study, a progress of plant building report, which kept getting put off - in a number of companies - I even made a swift $15000 profit overnight by becoming aware of an interchange of positive correspondence news by the 'in-crowd' in a stock - which went sky-high for a couple of days and has since lingered in the low penny-stocks.

I fell for this stock, EUR, - for sentimental reasons, despite having made a number of bad experiences elsewhere - also some successes - but was motivated by constant-up-ramping by so-called 'knowledgable' posters with 'inside knowledge' etc. writing nothing but positives about this stock.

to put it simply: I 'invested' for all the wrong reasons, without doing my due diligence - and then found out that announcements etc. were just a little too vague - and were not followed up in deed, not acted upon on time . . . addresses were not correct , deadlines were not met . . . financial backing (loan) announcement from a big European bank was premature - and now this take-over/merger by a Shell company to get onto the NYSE - hopefully there will be enough capital available from American investors to progress this venture, but I'm out.

I might be paranoid, and for all your sakes, I hope I am wrong, but I am not curious enough to sit out the end of this story
