    Agree with Hud and Liveeagle. Sterling move. Why wait to be knifed, come at them with a gun.

    Basically KDR says MZN put up and prove or shut up and get lost....and btw wait for our countersuit for costs etc which will be $100-200k+ per week.

    Surely this puts KDR back in the 40c range. Its also signals no settlement so we have to wait 2 weeks I guess for a pop.
