It keep being surprised seeing anyone here suggesting that management is effectively extracting shareholder value. In reality, they've been doing the opposite – destroying it.
It's quite amusing how some argue that management's disregard for the stock price is because they prioritize future shareholder value. This argument seems less convincing given the evident impact of recent and forthcoming capital raises.
I mean, come on, let's think critically here!
