To me that bit just sounded like some buzz words that was added in there by the writer to make it sound like they knew what they were on about - and instead it has proven the opposite. The whole comment is so vague and nonsensical in the context of a tailings filter press that it just leaves you wondering if the MD has any understanding at all about the problems in the plant.
