    I rather think that would be a waste of time as we don't actually have a CEO - so I am guessing you mean the MD? I reckon best bet is for all of us on here that want the MD replaced to vote NO for his re-election when proxy voting opens for the AGM which should be sometime soon, and rely on the general apathy of other shareholders to fail to bother voting and that may mean that we get enough NO votes to beat the yes votes of those that bother voting.
