    The manufacturer is putting itself in the spotlight here.
    And i would assume, at their expense.
    If they can fix it, in 5 days, plus 4 days commissioning, the lost production will be immediately regained, by an increase in production volume.
    Even if they only get it to 80% capacity, it is a big win, over waiting till February, for a result.
