It's proven that ALB are derelict with regards to corporate plays. Idiots had ampke opportunity to T/O LTR but they stuffed it up over 3 attempts. They also stuffed up the LYC bid and in the end lobbed a ridiculous $100m into PMT.
GM are just as dumb - look at some of the dumb money invested by them as well.
