This reads like nonsense and I'm not sure I believe any of it. Unlike PMET, the Cree relationship with Winsome is excellent, and their application to the CMIF names Winsome as commercial partner. They want the jobs and cash to develop the area (which is now happening faster than the LGA timeline) and of course in mining. They'd be waiting a long time to get any benefit from PMET.
Eventually Route 167 may even be extended further than Adina, all the way up the TT highway near BRW's Mirage. As PMET admit in the Nov 2023 filing, this road would be of great benefit to them.
