tell me where the downstream is going to be for those two small assets? no point having a mine if you don't have the chemical processing capacity, it has to be done at once.. building the upstream and downstream industry from scratch. Without a PMT sized asset, there is no industry in that jurisdiction as the downstream capex is too large without the stock feed... ; )
