Irrelevant of PMT eventual size, the plan for year 1-15 is 53.7mt @ 1.17%. Throughput is 3.5mtpa with down time. DMS wont cut it for the grade, so its looking like float/dms - SYA/moblan were quoted 1billion USD for 1.8mpta. It wont be 2bill for the plant but you get the point. This doc is from November 2023. @Bill town Ken was not brought into this project to develop, he was there to sell the project. Personally I am amazed its holding up so well atm.
