109mt at CV5 and 100% unbankable inferred resource - i would say 70% is under or around water bodies.
Any mine would be flooded with just a minor accident.
So just around 30% or so of CV5 on dry land so its just a 30mt deposit versus WR1 Adina fully on dry land at 59mt going to 100mt with no water bodies impediments.
And you have ZERO MRE outside of CV5
