This statement requires an understanding of their opex, so what is it? There are plenty of inputs to make up the opex, including scale (this is small), grade (this is ok), clear mine plan and Reserve (haven't seen, so can't comment).

Each time I come back to CLZ and wonder if I should get in have a look at this, it just seems to be all over the place. No plan or logical sequence of project activities communicated.
