    They can only drill between 1 Dec and 15 Feb, and BHP gets to decide how to drill. Are BHP going to use some of the usd5m on this and get things moving, or is this going to be a other "next year" thing, if at all...

    in a fairly land scenario, bhp drills now, finds more than they hoped and move porsanger to the stage 2 earn in asap. (Then I woke up and it was all a dream)
