Management thinks this (they didn't exercise options) and the market including smart money (which is informed by geologists) thinks this. Notice how all the uprampers have left, leaving retail investors with the hand grenade?
No offence but you've been actively upramping this stock since at least the capital raise and none of your statements so far have proven correct. Every announcement that RDN releases, investors just get more and more burnt.
