it's because he hasn't done that much wrong, I don't believe there was leaks at all, are we suggesting they leaked that they had good drilling results to pump up the stock and then didn't? Every man and his dog knew the drilling result was very close and that day it rose 45% the daily volume was average at best 34m shares turned over - this company regularly does days with hundred of millions
I don't think we saw anything unusual I've been investing in minning specs for 30 years - the trading was predictable
