General rules I try to follow:

- don't ignore the haters. They're often too negative but still provide useful info

- don't be afraid to take a profit, especially if something rises very quickly. I'm assuming 2025 will be volatile.

- don't worship stocks. No matter how impressive management is or whatever, don't get emotionally attached.

- avoid FOMO. There will always be another opportunity.

- Learn from the past but don't dwell on it.

- doing nothing is always an option. Don't rush to deploy capital if you're not confident
