Did you read my post...delays are expected and please don't kid your self, the market does not react to tenements being granted, them days of hype are long gone.
The charts are showing LRS heading towards 0.005 then 0.004, supports looks like it will be broken at 0.006, money flow has been leaving so it isn't accumulation. You better pray there is an announcement soon on JV other wise holders will be buried into a consolidation hoping to get anything back.
