    Why are people expecting another SP increase? The PWEP is already factored in to the current SP. CWE's price has nearly doubled since building of the PWEP commenced - that's almost 100% gain (based on averages). What more do people expect??

    Further gains will come with a successful CETO 6 in around 2019, and upon any subsequent commercial orders.
