Nowhere have I said Miracle cant or wont develop ....simply that it may be what FIRB has been questioning.
"However, the FIRB can make decisions without justification"..... Maybe without making public their reasons .... But without justification. Nope that is not true.
Anyways back to the question ...What do you think the FIRB have been questioning Miracle about for those first 5 or 6 months.
