The question that matters right now is WHY can't FIRB complete their review within the previously advised time frame?
Does not help the market to assess the risk of approval here by just saying they have asked for a further extension. I'd be surprised if the company didn't know more....
Have previously reached out to the IR person listed, however failed to return the message left.
FIRB has advised Miracle Iron that it is still unable to complete its assessment of the application concerning the proposed sale by the current statutory deadline of 31 August, 2024 and has requested a further extension to the statutory deadline to 30 September, 2024.
