Minyari has been an object of speculation for some time as to its potential to supplement Telfer's processing along with Havieron's.
NCM selling Telfer to Greatland does not change this argument per se. However, why would NCM retain its interest in Havieron, and so would Greatland take up NCM's share plus Telfer? Many more dollars needed to do that and so reduces the likelihood of a Minyari sale in the near future, should a Telfer/NCM sale occur.
Nevertheless, obvious synergies and opportunities in regard to Minyari apparent if sufficient financing available to Greatland.
Basically, watch this space. which again may explain the strength in AZY at present.
