@pastperformerI was right when I told you to sell them - maybe I do understand Magellan a bit more than you. Have you held on to them since they were $50+ or sell out?
Your post is unable to be substantiated with any evidence and there are a number of inaccuracies.
On arrogance, I admit when I am wrong, see post above and just do a search on posts of mine containing “I stand corrected”, I do it a lot. Haven’t seen you ever post that, you just go quiet unless called out (this is ignorance).
I may also be incorrect about the $AUD2B in outflow, based on information I have seen so far it is not far off.
You know as well as I do that Magellan rarely changes it’s portfolio composition quarter on quarter, but you would know this if you looked at the detail. Updates to market are performed quarterly and they still have them BABA in portfolio.
They reduced their holdings in Google in the last quarter by about 1%.
On MHHT, it is less than $1B in FUM. This amount is inconsequential, however add that in too and we have $3B in FUM that is possibly hedged. It will have a +/- factor of about $30M on the outflow number.
