Sadly this company is controlled by the CEO who pays himself bonuses and free shares for minus zero performance. Yes he sacked the CFO and other big wages but doesn’t touch his exhobatant salary and perks. Directors rightly fleeing as it’s a dead duck and will never make money as long as this CEO is still there.
