Note that Mr. Thomas picked up 2.5mil shares on 29/11/2019 so a big holding now an ex director.

The Ordinary Shares were acquired for 0.2 pence per Ordinary Share and were otherwise on the same terms as other participants in the placement. The participation of Mr Thomas in the placement had been approved by shareholders at that AGM.
Now the sp has taken off today to a high of 0.011c with a rather large t/o of 17.39mil up some 42.86% so could be an interesting day Friday, no announcements as yet, BUT
