First of all, we raised SPP and said we were fully funded for all planned programs. Now we are back to asking for funds.
How about raising from existing SHs with 2 attaching options for either in the money or exercise at say $2 in 2 years (expecting SP will be much higher)? Yes, causes dilution but gives SHs option to avoid dilution, and encourage commitment.
